摘要 探究了主提升设备安全监测与预警系统的设计要点与功能实现。该系统利用前端传感器采集闸温、油压等数据后,使用信号调理器对数据信号进行滤波、放大等预处理,然后上传至数据采集卡。将模拟信号转换成数字信号后发送至工控机完成数据处理,最终结果以动画、图表等形式在显示屏上直观呈现。当制动油温度、钢丝绳偏移量等监测数据超出预警值后,系统进行声光预警提醒管理人员及时作出维修。 This paper explores the design points and functional implementation of the main lifting equipment safety monitoring and early warning system.The system uses front-end sensors to collect data on gate temperature,oil pressure,etc.,and then uses a signal conditioner to filter,amplify,and preprocess the data signal before uploading it to the data acquisition card.Convert the analog signal into a digital signal and send it to the industrial computer for data processing.The final result is visually presented on the display screen in the form of animations,charts,etc.When the monitoring data such as brake oil temperature and wire rope offset exceed the warning value,the system will issue an audible and visual warning to remind management personnel to make timely repairs.
