摘要
基于降低浆骨比技术路线,通过优化骨料级配、掺加优质粉煤灰降低用水量,并采用高性能减水剂,通过复合引气剂、黏度改善剂调整混凝土和易性和黏度,进行混凝土配合比优化设计,降低浆骨比参数,开展优化混凝土性能影响研究。试验研究表明:降低浆骨比的混凝土较基准混凝土降低用水量28 kg/m^(3),混凝土拌合物性能呈现易流动且不易离析泌水的良好和易性和强度性能;在试验研究的基础上提出基于降低浆骨比的混凝土配合比优化设计方法,C30混凝土浆骨比降低到0.48。
Based on the technical route of reducing the pulp to bone ratio,the paper reduces the water consumption by optimizing the aggregate grading and adding high-quality fly ash,and adopts high-performance water reducing agent to adjust the workability and viscosity of concrete by combining air entraining agent and viscosity improvement agent.The optimal design of concrete mix ratio is carried out to reduce the pulp to bone ratio parameter,and the influence of optimizing concrete performance is carried out.The results show that the concrete with lower pulp to bone ratio reduces the water consumption by 28 kg/m^(3) compared with the base concrete,and the concrete mix has good workability and strength,which are easy to flow and not easy to separate the bleeding water.On the basis of experimental research,the optimal design method of concrete mix ratio based on reducing the ratio of pulp to bone was proposed,and the ratio of pulp to bone of C30 concrete was reduced to 0.48.
