摘要
项目为满足与钢结构体系相适应的外墙围护,经多方案比选,最终选择了双墙体系外墙工艺,重点对钢结构、AAC板墙、纤维水泥板幕墙三者的结合应用,解决了外墙保温、外立面板拼缝、耐久性、适应性等问题。通过本项目应用,从工艺原理、施工工艺流程、施工重难点、安全注意事项等方面对双墙体系的运用进行了总结,达到了规范施工、方便施工、环保、耐火耐旱、美观适用的效果。
In order to meet the requirements of external wall enclosure suitable for the steel structure system,the project finally chose the external wall process of double wall system after multiple schemes,focusing on the combination of steel structure,AAC board wall and fiber cement board curtain wall,solving the problems of external wall insulation,facade board stitching,durability,adaptability and so on.Through the application of this project,the application of double wall system is summarized from the aspects of process principle,construction process,construction priorities and difficulties,safety precautions,etc.,to achieve the effect of standardized construction,convenient construction,environmental protection,fire resistance and drought resistance,beauty and application.
