摘要
本文通过对高压喷水动力推进系统的工作原理进行深入研究,设计了水下航行器高压喷水动力推进试验装置。本装置主要由高水压容积式柱塞泵、推力室及管路系统组成。采用高压容积式水压柱塞泵为动力源,水压柱塞泵在伺服电机的驱动下直接从海洋吸水,泵将低压海水加压后通过推力室高速射出,形成推力,推动航行器在水中前进;通过调节水压泵的转速可以调节推力的大小及航行速度。
This article conducts in-depth research on the working principle of high-pressure water jet propulsion system and designs a high-pressure water jet propulsion test device for underwater vehicles.This device mainly consists of a high-pressure displacement plunger pump,a thrust chamber,and a piping system.Using a high-pressure displacement hydraulic plunger pump as the power source,the hydraulic plunger pump directly absorbs water from the ocean under the drive of a servo motor.The pump pressurizes low-pressure seawater and injects it at high speed through a thrust chamber,forming thrust to propel the vehicle forward in the water;By adjusting the speed of the water pressure pump,the magnitude of thrust and sailing speed can be regulated.
