碳酸氢盐抑制豆粕粉尘爆炸特性实验研究

摘要 为探究碳酸氢盐对豆粕粉尘爆炸的抑爆特性,选取NaHCO_(3),KHCO_(3),NH_(4)HCO_(3) 3种碳酸氢盐作为抑爆粉体,用最大爆炸压力P_(ex)、最大爆炸压力上升速率(d P/dt)_(ex)和爆炸指数K_(st)等参数分析了碳酸氢盐对豆粕粉尘爆炸的抑制效果.结果表明,质量浓度为400 g/m^(3)的豆粕粉尘爆炸特性参数最高,最大爆炸压力为0.763 MPa,最大爆炸压力上升速率为24.8 MPa/s,爆炸指数为6.7 MPa·m/s.随着碳酸氢盐粉末质量分数的增加,爆炸特性参数呈现下降趋势,且抑制效果不断增强.同一条件下,抑爆性能NH_(4)HCO_(3)>KHCO_(3)>NaHCO_(3).结合抑爆粉体热重分析及红外光谱分析,探究了3种抑爆粉体的抑爆机理及不同离子导致的差异性原因. To investigate the explosion suppression characteristics of bicarbonate on soybean meal dust explosion,NaHCO_(3),KHCO_(3),and NH_(4)HCO_(3) bicarbonate were selected as explosion suppression powders.The inhibitory effect of bicarbonate on soybean meal dust explosion was analyzed from parameters such as maximum explosion pressure P_(ex),maximum explosion pressure rise rate(dP/dt)_(ex),and explosion index K_(st).The results showed that the explosion characteristic parameters of soybean meal dust with a mass concentration of 400 g/m^(3)were the highest,with a maximum explosion pressure of 0.763 MPa,a maximum explosion pressure rise rate of 24.8 MPa/s,and an explosion index of 6.7 MPa·m/s.As the mass fraction of bicarbonate powder increased,the explosion characteristic parameters showed a decreasing trend,and the inhibitory effect continued to increase.Under the same conditions,the explosion suppression performance of NH_(4)HCO_(3)>KHCO_(3)>NaHCO_(3).Combined with thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy analysis of explosion suppression powders,the explosion suppression mechanisms of three types of powders and the differences caused by different ions were explored.
