摘要
为探究枢纽互通匝道桥窄幅钢箱梁节段吊装及连接固定施工技术,首先,在对匝道桥现场施工环境分析基础上,对吊车、吊耳、钢丝绳、卸扣的主要参数进行了选择;其次,针对不同质量、不同节段的窄幅钢箱梁提出了相应的吊装方案;最后,为调整钢构部分线形,确保中心轴线,对窄幅钢箱梁阶段接口的粗对接和精对接提出了技术要求,并对桥面板底板钢板以及剪力钉定位、焊接施工、梁段栓接固定和高强度螺栓检查进行了详细论述。
In order to explore the lifting and connection fixing construction technology of narrow steel beam segment of ramp bridge,the main parameters of crane,lifting lug,wire rope and shackle are selected based on the analysis of ramp bridge site construction environment.Secondly,different lifting schemes are proposed for steel beams with different weights and segments.At last,technical requirements are put forward for the coarse and fine jointing of steel beam joints in the stage in order to adjust the line shape of steel structure and ensure the central axis.Moreover,the location of steel plate and shear nails on the bridge panel and bottom plate,welding construction,bolt fastening of beam segment and high strength bolt inspection are discussed in detail.
