摘要
以往的建筑工程管理对人力资源依赖较大,存在许多不确定性因素,在现有信息化技术手段的基础上,加快智能化工程管理技术应用具有重要的现实意义。论文研究了智能化工程管理技术在建筑工程管理中的应用,在明确智能化工程管理技术概念内涵的基础上,从安全管理、质量管理、进度管理、成本管理等方面出发,分析了建筑工程管理中智能化工程管理技术的应用要点,通过大数据、云计算、BIM、AI、物联网等技术的结合应用,提高信息采集、分析、处理的智能化水平,实现更好的综合管理效益。
In the past,construction project management relied heavily on human resources and had many uncertain factors.Based on existing information technology means,accelerating the application of intelligent engineering management technology has important practical significance.The paper studies the application of intelligent engineering management technology in construction project management.Based on clarifying the concept and connotation of intelligent engineering management technology,it analyzes the application points of intelligent engineering management technology in construction project management from the aspects of safety management,quality management,schedule management,cost management,etc.Through the combination of big data,cloud computing,BIM,AI,Internet of Things and other technologies,the intelligent level of information collection,analysis,and processing is improved to achieve better comprehensive management benefits.
