摘要
大白菜起源于中国,是我国栽培面积最大的主要蔬菜作物之一。近年来,我国大白菜生物育种研究取得重要进展。本文从基因组研究、重要基因和QTL研究、分子标记辅助育种、基因工程、细胞工程、诱变育种等方面对大白菜生物育种研究进行综述,对近些年大白菜生物育种中存在的优异基因资源挖掘不足、利用率低,原始创新薄弱、关键技术缺乏,前景和背景标记开发不足等问题进行总结,并对大白菜生物育种的未来发展做出了展望,以期加快我国大白菜生物育种进程,提升我国大白菜种业科技的核心竞争力,实现我国大白菜种业自主可控。
Chinese cabbage originated in China and is one of the main vegetables with the largest cultivated area in China.In recent years,important progress has been made in biological breeding of Chinese cabbage in China.In this paper,the research on biological breeding of Chinese cabbage was reviewed from the aspects of genome research,important gene and QTL research,molecular marker assisted breeding,genetic engineering,cell engineering,mutation breeding and so on.The problems of insufficient exploration and utilization of excellent gene resources,weak original innovation,lack of key technologies,and insufficient development of prospects and background markers in the biological breeding of Chinese cabbage in recent years were summarized,and the prospects for future development of Chinese cabbage biological breeding was provided,aiming at accelerating the process of biological breeding of Chinese cabbage,enhancing the core competitiveness of Chinese cabbage seed industry technology,and achieving independent and controllable Chinese cabbage seed industry.
