摘要
针对一种典型现浇混凝土墙的施工,首先依据相关标准对混凝土侧压力、振捣混凝土时产生的荷载及倾倒混凝土时产生的水平荷载进行分析和确定,之后采用有限元分析软件MidasGen对不同次楞布置间距、模板厚度的现浇混凝土墙钢侧模进行有限元分析,当次楞间距为600mm、面板厚度为12mm时可以在保证侧墙模板安全受力性能的前提下,投入较少材料,合理控制施工成本。
Aiming at the construction of a typical cast-in-place concrete wall,the side pressure of concrete,the load generated when the concrete is vibrated and the horizontal load generated when the concrete is dumped are analyzed and determined according to relevant standards.Then,finite element analysis of steel side formwork of cast-in-place concrete walls with different spacing of secondary ribs and thickness of formwork using Midas Gen software,and the spacing of the secondary corrugations is 600 mm.When the thickness of the panel is 12 mm,less material can be invested and the construction cost can be reasonably controlled under the premise of ensuring the safe mechanical performance of the side wall formwork.
