摘要
在当前社会老龄化趋势日益显著的背景下,人们越来越关注自身健康与外貌的维护,对皮肤老化的研究日益受到关注。文章在阐述皮肤基本构造与生理功能的基础上,系统性介绍皮肤衰老的核心学说,包括自由基与氧化应激、光老化、非酶糖基化、端粒与复制性衰老与炎症学说。在皮肤衰老过程中,这些学说相互交织、共同发挥作用。此外,抗衰老领域也迎来了诸多最新研究进展,其聚焦于抗氧化剂、糖基化终产物抑制剂、DNA修复酶以及天然抗炎成分等,这些策略与皮肤衰老核心学说紧密相关,通过多维度干预从而减缓并逆转皮肤衰老过程。文章旨在为皮肤抗衰老研究提供理论基础和新的研究策略,以期推动该领域研究的深入发展与创新突破。
Against the background of the current trend of aging society,people are more and more concerned about the maintenance of their own health and appearance,and the study of skin aging has received increasing attention.Based on the basic structure and physiological functions of the skin,the article systematically introduces the core doctrines of skin aging,including free radicals and oxidative stress,photoaging,non-enzymatic glycosylation,telomere and replicative aging,and inflammation.These doctrines are intertwined and work together in the skin aging process.In addition,the field of anti-aging has seen many recent advances in research focusing on antioxidants,inhibitors of glycosylation end products,DNA repair enzymes,and natural anti-inflammatory ingredients,which are strategies that are closely related to the core doctrines of skin aging,and that slow down and reverse the process of skin aging through multidimensional interventions.The aim of this article is to provide a theoretical basis and new research strategies for skin anti-aging research,and to promote the further development and innovation in this field.
