摘要
以科技创新为主导,提升关键技术创新能力支撑新质生产力发展,引领发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业,推动传统产业转型升级,是中国实现高质量发展的现实需要。新质生产力并非一般性的科技创新所能推动,更多是由对经济社会发展影响广泛而深远的关键技术突破所驱动。本文从内部、外部两个维度阐释关键技术创新支撑新质生产力发展的机理,通过梳理全球前沿技术发展趋势,提出关键技术创新支撑新质生产力发展的现实基础和形势已发生重大变化,进而提出关键技术创新支撑新质生产力发展的三条路径:促进传统产业转型升级、加速战略性新兴产业发展、助力培育未来产业。
Driven by scientific and technological innovation,it is an imperative for China to achieve high-quality development by bolstering the innovative capabilities of key technologies.These capabilities are pivotal in supporting the advancement of new-form productivity,spearheading the evolution of strategic emerging industries and future industries,and fostering the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.It is noteworthy that new-form productivity is not merely propelled by generalized scientific and technological advancements;rather,it is more profoundly driven by breakthroughs in key technologies that exert extensive and profound influences on economic and social development.This paper endeavors to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the support of new-form productivity by key technological innovations,examining them from both internal and external perspectives.By examining global trends in the advancement of cutting-edge technologies,it is postulated that substantial shifts have occurred in the foundational realities and circumstances that underpin the role of key technological innovations in fostering new-form productivity.Consequently,this paper proposes three pathways through which key technological innovations can support the development of new-form productivity:facilitating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,accelerating the progression of strategic emerging industries,and nurturing the emergence of future industries.
