铸钢阳极厄消失模铸造工艺优化

摘要 通过对铸钢阳极厄消失模铸造工艺方案的不断改进设计,最终运用大浇口、封闭式浇注系统、配合发热冒口,得到高致密高导电性阳极厄铸件,废品率减少到2%以下,提高了产品市场竞争力。 In this paper,through continuously improving the lost foam casting process of anode steel claw and finally employing the large gate,closed gating system and exothermic riser,high integrity and high conductivity anode steel claw castings were successfully produced,and concurrently the scrap rate was reduced to less than 2%,which improves the market competitiveness of the product.
