摘要
依据铸造工艺原理和高铬铸铁凝固特性设计了高铬铸铁螺旋衬板的生产工艺,包括浇注系统、造型、熔炼、热处理等。分析了螺旋衬板热处理开裂的原因。根据所设计的工艺铸造出的高铬铸铁螺旋衬板表面光洁,没有缩孔缩松缺陷,热处理后的硬度超过58 HRC,冲击韧度超过3 J·cm^(-2),使用寿命6个月,满足了螺旋衬板的质量、性能和使用寿命要求。
According to the casting process design principle and solidification characteristics of high chromium cast iron,the casting production process of high chromium cast iron spiral liner was designed,including pouring system,modeling,melting,heat treatment,etc.The causes of cracking of spiral lining plate during heat treatment were analyzed.Finally,according to the designed casting process,the surface of the high chromium cast iron spiral lining plate is smooth,no shrinkage porosity and porosity defects,the hardness after heat treatment is above 58 HRC,the impact toughness is greater than 3 J·cm^(-2),and the service life is 6 months,which meets the quality,performance and service life requirements of the spiral lining plate.
