摘要
在绿色发展的时代背景下,绿色共富已成为共同富裕的新理念。依托乡村生态资源禀赋,推动乡村生态产品价值实现,助力实现绿色共富。阐述乡村生态产品价值推动绿色共富的内在逻辑,剖析共建、共治和共享乡村生态产品价值是推动绿色共富的基础、关键和目标,解答乡村生态产品价值关注“人”本身归谁建设、由谁治理、为谁实现的核心问题。在绿色共富的视角下,从“生产-消费-分配-保障”的角度研究乡村生态产品价值实现路径,即提高乡村生态产品有效供给能力,激发乡村生态产品消费内生动力,建立乡村生态收益公平分配的共享制度,健全乡村生态产品价值实现机制,构建乡村生态产品价值实现的全面保障体系。
In the context of green development,green common prosperity has become a new concept of common prosperity.Relying on the endowment of rural ecological resources,we will promote the realization of the value of rural ecol-product,and help achieve green co-prosperity.This paper expounds the internal logic of the value of rural ecol-product to promote green common prosperity,analyzes the foundation,key and goal of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of the value of rural ecol-product to promote green common prosperity,and answers the core questions of who builds the value of rural ecol-product and pays attention to"people"themselves,who governs them,and realizes them for whom.From the perspective of green common prosperity,this paper studies the path of realizing the value of rural ecol-product from the perspective of"production-consumption-distributionguarantee",that is,to improve the effective supply capacity of rural ecol-product,stimulate the endogenous power of rural ecolproduct consumption,establish a sharing system for the fair distribution of rural ecological benefits,improve the value realization mechanism of rural ecol-product,and build a comprehensive guarantee system for the realization of the value of rural ecol-product.
