摘要
广电媒体智慧化转型正处于建设中,智慧广电布局国家层面,各地积极展开试点工作。本文将智慧化水平评价和成熟度模型引入智慧广电建设过程评价,并对构建的评估方法进行应用。利用扎根理论研究方法,构建智慧广电建设成熟度评价指标体系。在此基础上,构建智慧广电建设成熟度模型,将智慧广电建设成熟度等级划分为智慧萌芽级、智慧规范级、智慧集成级、智慧适应级、智慧优化级,并对24家来自不同区域的智慧广电建设进行了评价,划分其成熟度等级。由评价结果可知,2家智慧广电建设处于智慧萌芽阶段,9家处于智慧规范阶段,7家处于智慧集成阶段,5家处于智慧适应阶段,1家处于智慧优化阶段,可初步判断我国智慧广电建设正逐步走向自觉状态。
The smart transformation of radio and television media is under construction,and the smart radio and television layout is at the national level,and pilot work is actively carried out everywhere.In this paper,the intelligent level evaluation and maturity model were introduced into the intelligent radio and television evaluation process,and the evaluation method was applied.Based on the research method of rooted theory,a maturity evaluation index system of smart radio and television construction was constructed.On this basis,a maturity model of smart radio and television construction was constructed,and the maturity level of smart radio and television construction was divided into wisdom germination level,wisdom specification level,wisdom integration level,wisdom adaptation level,and wisdom optimization level,and 24 smart radio and television construction companies from different regions were evaluated and their maturity level were classified.According to the evaluation results,2 smart radio and television construction companies are in the wisdom germination stage,9 companies are in the wisdom specification stage,7 companies are in the wisdom integration stage,5 companies are in the wisdom adaptation stage,and 1 company is in the wisdom optimization stage.It can be preliminarily judged that China's smart radio and television construction is gradually moving toward a conscious state.
