精处理控制系统对于发电机组的安全运行有着重大意义。介绍某公司#1、#2机组凝结水精处理控制系统的现状,对精处理控制系统故障进行分析处理,并总结精处理控制系统目前存在的风险及隐患,提出了#1、#2机组凝结水精处理控制系统可靠性改造方案及后续升级改造的方向和目标。改造方案提高了#1、#2机组凝结水精处理控制系统的整体安全性,为同类型凝结水精处理控制系统升级改造提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
The precision control system is of great importance to the safe operation of the electric generator.Introduces the status quo of condensate refining control system of unit#1 and#2 of a company,analyzes the faults of the refining control system,summarizes the existing risks and hidden dangers of the refining control system,and puts forward the reliability improvement scheme of the condensate refining control system of unit#1 and#2,and the direction and target of subsequent upgrading.The renovation scheme improves the overall safety of the condensate refining control system of unit#1 and#2,and provides a useful reference for the upgrading of the same type of condensate refining control system.
