摘要
精卤质量对于蒸发结晶过程非常关键。文章针对石灰法卤水净化工艺,研究了石灰添加量、乳液配制方式、精卤pH值、絮凝剂、过滤方式对卤水净化和除铅效果的影响,并结合生产控制要求和实际情况提出了优化净化工艺的方案和建议。
The quality of brine is crucial for the evaporation and crystallization process.This article studied the impaction of lime addition amount,lotion preparation method,pH value of re-fined brine,flocculant and filling method on brine purification and lead removal effect,and put forward plans and suggestions for optimizing the purification process in combination with produc-tion control requirements and actual conditions.
