摘要
针对电网负荷变化时电网调节不稳定的问题,提出了汽轮机电液控制系统模型的参数辨识优化方法,并采用粒子群算法研究了汽轮机电液控制系统在不同负荷工况模型辨识参数的变化并将其应用于其它负荷的方法在变负荷工况误差较大;汽轮机电液控制系统的转速前馈系数K2对变负荷模拟精度的影响最大,且其值随机组负荷升高近似线性减小。采用拟合转速前馈系数K2随负荷变化的方法对汽轮机电液控制系统模型进行仿真优化,模拟所得的最大相对误差由3.89%降低至2.68%。该研究汽轮机电液控制系统模型的精确仿真计算对保证电网稳定性具有非常重要的意义。
Accurate simulation calculation of steam turbine electro-hydraulic control system is significant to ensure the stability of the power grid.In this paper,an optimization model of the steam turbine electro-hydraulic control system is proposed to solve the problem of the instability of the power grid regulation when the load changes.The variation of the identification parameters of the electro-hydraulic control system under different load conditions is studied by using particle swarm optimization algorithm.The results show that the traditional method of identifying the model parameters of the electro-hydraulic control system using the rated load parameters of the steam turbine and applying them to other loads has significant errors in variable load conditions.The speed feedforward coefficient K2 of the electro-hydraulic control system has the greatest influence on the simulation accuracy of variable load.K2 decreases approximately linearly with the increase of unit load.After simulation optimization using the fitted K2,the maximum relative error is reduced from 3.89%to 2.68%.
