摘要
针对桥梁主体结构对高强度、抗腐蚀等能力的需求,应用Q420qD钢板构建了桥梁主体结构。使用低温轧制(轧制工艺1)和高温轧制(轧制工艺2)工艺轧制Q420qD钢板,使用70 A、180 A、250 A、350 A电流焊接钢板,测试两种不同轧制工艺制备的试样验样品的力学性能,将各样品分别置于盐性和酸性2种溶液中测试耐腐蚀性能。结果显示,使用轧制工艺2轧制的Q420qD钢板在外力影响下的拉伸强度和延性更高,受冲击后也不易发生变形。使用250 A电流焊接后制备的试验样品经盐性和酸性液体腐蚀后拉伸强度降低更小,且该样品能够耐盐腐蚀,但是耐酸性腐蚀效果较差。
In view of the demand for high strength and corrosion resistance of the main structure of the bridge,the main structure of the bridge was constructed by using Q420qD steel plate.The Q420qD steel plate was rolled by low-temperature rolling(rolling process 1)and high-temperature rolling(rolling process 2)process,and the steel plate was welded with 70 A,180 A,250 A and 350 A current,and the mechanical properties of the samples prepared by two different rolling processes were tested,and the corrosion resistance of each sample was tested in two solutions of salt and acid.The results showed that the tensile strength and ductility of the Q420qD steel plate rolled by rolling process 2 were higher under the influence of external force,and it was not easy to deform after impact.The tensile strength of the test sample prepared by 250 A current welding was reduced less after being corroded by salt and acid liquid,and the sample could resist salt corrosion,but the acid corrosion resistance effect was poor.
