摘要
为了在钢结构防火涂料施工应用中选择合适的防锈底漆,选用了室内膨胀型钢结构防火涂料、室内非膨胀型钢结构防火涂料,探讨了5种防锈底漆在不同环境条件下对钢结构防火涂料粘结强度的影响,并对施涂5种不同防锈底漆的室内用钢结构防火涂料粘结强度进行了测试分析。结果表明,不管是标准状态下还是经过环境条件处理后,施涂环氧磷酸锌底漆的粘结强度表现较优,施涂环氧富锌底漆次之,施涂醇酸防锈底漆和水性丙烯酸树脂底漆的粘结强度表现较为逊色。
In order to select the appropriate anti-rust primer in the construction and application of steel structure fireproof coatings,indoor intumescent steel structure fireproof coatings and indoor non-intumescent steel structure fireproof coatings were selected,and the effects of five kinds of anti-rust primers on the bonding strength of steel structure fireproof coatings under different environmental conditions were discussed,and the adhesion strength of indoor steel structure fireproof coatings with five different anti-rust primers was tested and analyzed.The results indicated that,whether under standard conditions or after environmental treatment,the adhesion strength of the epoxy zinc phosphate primer was superior.The epoxy zinc-rich primer ranked second.The adhesion strength of the alkyd rust-proof primer and the waterborne acrylic resin primer was relatively inferior.
