摘要
重稀土晶界扩散技术是目前制造高矫顽力钕铁硼磁体最重要的一种技术手段。本文简要介绍了重稀土晶界扩散的概念及用于工程化制备高性能钕铁硼磁体的应用现状,重点分析了重稀土晶界扩散技术近年来最新的代表性研究成果,提出了该技术当前亟待攻克的几个主要问题。文章对重稀土晶界扩散制备高性能钕铁硼磁材的进一步发展和工程化应用具有一定的指导意义。
The grain boundary diffusion process(GBDP)of heavy rare earth elements such as Dy and Tb into Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets is the most important approach to enhance the magnets with high coercive force.This paper briefly introduces the concept of GBDP and the application status in the manufacture of high-performance sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets.The latest representative research results in recent years are analyzed,and several possible problems that need to be overcome are presented.This review has certain guiding significance for the further development of high performances Nd-Fe-B magnetic materials.
