摘要
复合树脂直接粘接修复术是牙体缺损的首选治疗方法。复合树脂作为充填治疗的材料基础,与其临床疗效密切相关。目前复合树脂基质、单体、填料、粘接系统和固化系统都已发展成熟,在临床得到广泛应用,然而其术后可能出现的多种临床问题也一直备受关注。本文通过分析材料的固有特点,重点阐述了复合树脂直接粘接修复中面临的修复体脱落、继发龋、边缘着色、术后敏感、釉质裂纹、老化等临床问题,并积极寻找对策,以期为复合树脂直接粘接修复术后问题提供更明确的解决策略。
Direct adhesive composite resin restoration technology is primary treatment method for dental defects.As the material basis of filling treatment,composite resin is closely related to its clinical efficacy.Nowadays,composite resin matrix,monomer,filler,bonding system and curing system have been developed,and widely used in clinical practice.However,many clinical problems occured after operation have been concerned.By analyzing the inherent characteristics of the composite resin material,this paper focuses on the clinical problems faced in the direct adhesion restoration,such as prosthesis losses,secondary caries,marginal discoloration,postoperative sensitivity,enamel cracks,aging,and actively seeks countermeasures,in order to provide clearer strategy for the postoperative problems of direct adhesion restoration.
