摘要
为解决水冷式冷水机组试验装置在测试过程中的信息化与自动化问题,依据GB/T 10870—2014《蒸气压缩循环冷水(热泵)机组性能试验方法》标准,设计了一种基于以太网的水冷式冷水机组试验装置。本文介绍了该装置的水系统和测控系统设计方法,阐述了该装置相较于传统水冷冷水试验装置,在信息化方面基于以太网的四点改进。通过现场试验,验证了该信息化方案的可行性和可靠性。
To promote the informatization and automation in the testing process of water-cooled chiller testing equipment,a water-cooled chiller testing equipment based on Ethernet was designed according to the GB/T 10870-2014"Performance Test Methods for Steam Compression Cycle Cold Water(Heat Pump)Units"standard.This article introduces the design method of the water system and measurement and control system of the device,and elaborates on four improvements in information technology based on Ethernet compared to traditional water-cooled cold water testing devices.The feasibility and reliability of the information technology scheme have been verified through on-site experiments.
