摘要
为探讨人工智能技术在汽车配件机械设计与制造中的创新应用,本研究系统分析了智能设计系统、参数化设计、虚拟仿真、生成对抗网络等技术在设计过程中的应用,及智能制造系统、机器学习算法、预测性维护在制造过程中的应用。结果表明,人工智能技术可提高汽车配件机械设计与制造效率,优化制造流程,降低生产成本,研究成果可为汽车配件机械设计与制造的智能化发展提供重要支撑。
In order to explore the innovative application of artificial intelligence technology in the mechanical design and manufacturing of automotive parts,this study systematically analyzes the application of intelligent design systems,parametric design,virtual simulation,generative adversarial networks and other technologies in the design process,as well as the application of intelligent manufacturing systems,machine learning algorithms,and predictive maintenance in the manufacturing process.The results indicate that artificial intelligence technology can improve the efficiency of mechanical design and manufacturing of automotive parts,optimize manufacturing processes,reduce production costs,and provide important support for the intelligent development of mechanical design and manufacturing of automotive parts.
