摘要
目的探讨无陪护护理模式在吻合血管的游离皮瓣移植患者术后并发症中的应用价值。方法选取2021年9月至22002233年9月郑州市骨科医院收治的80例行皮瓣移植修复术的患者为对象,患者根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组患者采用常规术后护理,观察组患者采用无陪护护理模式。对比两组临床有效性(修复效果、下肢功能恢复情况)以及并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组患者与观察者瘢痕评估量表(POSAS)指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组下肢功能量表(LEFS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无陪护护理模式可提高行皮瓣移植修复术治疗的下肢大面积软组织缺损患者的手术修复效果,加快瘢痕恢复速度,显著提升其下肢功能,有效降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical signifificance of the unattended nursing model in the postoperative care of patients undergoing free skin flflap transplantation with vascular anastomosis for managing complications.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent Skin Flap Transplantation Repair at Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different nursing methods,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care,while the observation group received unaccompanied care.Compare the clinical effectiveness(repair effect,lower limb function recovery)and incidence of complications between two groups.Results After intervention,the scar assessment scale(POSAS)scores of the observation group patients and observers were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);After intervention,the lower limb function scale(LEFS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);After intervention,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was signifificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The unattended nursing model effectively enhances the surgical outcomes for patients with large lower limb soft tissue defects undergoing accelerates scar healing,signifificantly improves lower limb function,and reduces postoperative complication rates.
