摘要
目的了解冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后患者早期心理社会适应现状并分析其影响因素,为促进患者术后心理社会适应提供参考依据。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2022年1月至2023年3月在阜外华中心血管病医院接受CABG,并于术后来院复诊的188例患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、疾病心理社会适应问卷、医学应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表进行问卷调查。结果188例患者中,疾病心理社会适应总分为(63.10±15.08)分。其中,33例(17.55%)患者心理社会适应良好,62例(32.98%)患者心理社会适应中等,93例(49.47%)患者心理社会适应较差。多重线性回归分析结果显示,领悟社会支持、面对的医学应对方式、屈服的医学应对方式及自觉睡眠状况是CABG后患者早期心理社会适应的影响因素,可解释总变异的58.1%。结论CABG后患者早期心理社会适应水平较差,应制定针对性的干预措施帮助患者提高心理社会适应水平,从而帮助患者顺利回归社会。
Objective To investigate the status of early psychosocial adjustment of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for promoting psychosocial adjustment of patients.Methods A total of 188 patients who underwent CABG in Fuwai Hua Central Vascular Disease Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method as the study objects.General data questionnaire,self-report psychosocial adjustment to illness scale,medical coping modes questionnaire and multidimensional scale of perceived social support were used for questionnaire investigation.Results The total score of psychosocial adjustment in 188 patients was 63.10±15.08.Among them,33 patients(17.55%)had good psychosocial adjustment,62 patients(32.98%)had moderate psychosocial adjustment,and 93 patients(49.47%)had poor psychosocial adjustment.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that perceptive social support,facing medical coping style,yielding medical coping style and conscious sleep status were the factors influencing early psychosocial adjustment of patients after CABG,accounting for 58.1%of the total variation.Conclusion The early psychosocial adjustment of patients after CABG was poor.Targeted intervention measures should be developed to help patients improve their psychosocial adaptation level,so as to help patients smoothly return to society.
