摘要
医学科技期刊是推动科研成果展示与分享、学术评价与交流,医学人才培养及临床实践指导的重要平台。本文通过把握医学科技期刊意识形态问题特征,从党建、制度、监管、学习及传播等方面分析其管理关键点。医学科技期刊作为科学意识形态观念传递的重要媒介,必须坚持党管原则,守牢意识形态阵地,可通过党建与业务融合互促、加强顶层设计和制度建设、落实全过程监督审查及编校人员专业能力、信息素养培养等方面加强意识形态阵地建设。
Medical science and technology journal is important platform for promoting display and sharing of scientific research achievements,academic evaluation and exchange,medical talent cultivation,and clinical practice guidance.This article analyzes management key point of medical science and technology journal from the aspects of party building,system,supervision,learning,and dissemination by grasping characteristics of ideological issues.As an important medium for conveying scientific ideological concepts,medical science and technology journals must adhere to the principle of party management,firmly guard ideological battlefield.The construction of ideological positions can be strengthened through integration and mutual promotion of party building and business,strengthening top-level design and institutional construction,implementing full process supervision and review,and cultivating the professional abilities and information literacy of editorial and proofreading personnel.
