膨润土负载ZnO-艾纳香精油在腻子中的抗菌性能

摘要 为改善微生物污染等室内环境问题,构建了具有高效抗菌及长效缓释效果的负载型无机-植源复合抗菌剂及抗菌腻子。以艾纳香(Blumea balsamifera)精油为天然抗菌剂,ZnO为无机抗菌剂,膨润土(Bt)为多孔材料,通过水热法及真空浸渍法制备膨润土负载ZnO-艾纳香精油抗菌剂(ZnO/OBt-BBO),并将其引入腻子粉料中形成复合抗菌腻子。结果表明:通过有机改性,膨润土的片层结构被打开,ZnO颗粒成功附着在膨润土片层内部及表面。ZnO/OBt-BBO中精油负载量为56.3%,与未改性膨润土负载艾纳香精油(Bt-BBO)相比增幅为85.2%,1000次温度循环后,ZnO/OBt-BBO中精油负载量仅损失了15.7%。ZnO/OBt-BBO抑菌圈显著增大,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率提高了71.3%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率提高了42.0%,对两种细菌的最小抑菌质量浓度分别为2.5和5.0 mg/mL。随着复合抗菌剂ZnO/OBt-BBO添加量增多,复合抗菌腻子的黏结性能呈现先提高后降低的趋势,当添加量为1%时达到最高,黏结强度为0.56 MPa。复合抗菌腻子对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均为99.9%,经过120 d静置后,其抗菌率依然不低于99.0%,具有优异的抗菌性及耐久性,对于营造舒适健康的建筑室内环境具有重要意义。 The concepts of health and environmental protection are gaining popularity among the public,leading to widespread interest in building materials with antibacterial properties.From the perspective of materials and functions,it is not only necessary to study natural and environmentally friendly materials,but also to develop materials with antibacterial and purification functions.To reduce microbial contamination in indoor environments,a loaded inorganic-natural composite antibacterial agent and antibacterial putty with efficient antibacterial and long-term slow-release effects were fabricated.Bentonite-loaded ZnO-BBO composite antibacterial agent(ZnO/OBt-BBO)was synthesized by loading ZnO and Blumea balsamifera essential oil(BBO)onto bentonite(Bt)using hydrothermal and vacuum impregnation methods.Then the antibacterial agent was mixed with putty powder to form antibacterial putty.Using the UV spectrophotometer,the loading amount of essential oil was measured.Utilizing SEM and a laser particle size distribution tester,the microstructure and particle size of the clay were observed.Using TG,the thermal stability of the antibacterial samples was examined.Utilizing a pull-out test machine,the bonding strength of antibacterial putty was measured.The antibacterial performance of composite antibacterial agents and antibacterial putty were examined using the antibacterial circles and veneer methods.The results showed that the interlayer spacing of Bt increased after the organic modification,and the ZnO particles were successfully adhered to the interior and surface of the clay.The essential oil adsorption capacity of Bt-BBO was 18.6%,and ZnO/OBt-BBO was 56.3%,which was 85.2%higher than Bt-BBO.The volatilization of the essential oil was 15.7%after 1000 cycles.The antibacterial rate of ZnO/OBt-BBO against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus increased by 71.3%and 42.0%,respectively.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of ZnO/OBt-BBO against E.coli and S.aureus was 2.5 and 5.0 mg/mL,respectively.The bonding performance of the antibacterial putty showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing as the amount of ZnO/OBt-BBO added increased.When the addition amount was 1.0%,the bonding strength was 0.56 MPa,which was 3.7%higher than the original putty.The antibacterial putty showed good antibacterial performance when the amount of antibacterial rate was greater than 2.0%.The antibacterial rate of antibacterial putty against E.coli and S.aureus was 99.9%,and still not less than 99.0%after 120 d.The prepared composite antibacterial agent and composite antibacterial putty demonstrated excellent antibacterial performance and a long-term slow-release effect,effectively improving the indoor environment and enhancing the high-value utilization of building materials.
