摘要
城市微更新是指在城市发展中进行的小规模更新和改造,通过改善城市的功能、美观与可持续性来满足居民与游客的需求。社区中心改造作为城市更新的一个关键领域,对提升社区活力、凝聚力、可持续性等有着很重要的意义。通过对昆明冶金研究所社区中心进行改造设计,以该区域的空间、功能、环保等方面为切入点,对原有空间进行重构与改造;通过增加社区服务、改善空间设计、加强社交与文化活动以及提升可持续性等措施来打造更具有吸引力和适宜居民使用的社区中心。
Urban micro-renewal refers to small-scale renewal and renovation in urban development,which meets the needs of residents and tourists by improving the function,beauty and sustainability of the city.As a key area of urban renewal,community center renovation is of great significance to enhancing community vitality,cohesion and sustainability.Through the renovation and design of the community center of Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute,the original space is reconstructed and transformed based on the space,function and environmental protection of the area;by increasing community services,improving space design,strengthening social and cultural activities and improving sustainability,a more attractive and suitable community center for residents is created.
