摘要
以历史文化街区为研究范畴,以天津五大道为研究对象,以沉浸式旅游活化开发为研究手段,引入西方场景理论这一概念为指导,针对五大道现存空壳化、同质化现象,从设施意境型空间、活动交互式空间、社区叙事性空间3个维度讨论场景理论指导下沉浸式旅游活化的策略,以期实现场地可持续的良性循环。
Taking the historical and cultural blocks as the research scope,Tianjin Wudadao as the research object,and immersive tourism revitalization development as the research method,the concept of Western scene theory is introduced as a guide.Aiming at the existing hollowing out and homogenization phenomenon of Wudadao,the strategies of immersive tourism revitalization under the guidance of scene theory are discussed from three dimensions:facility artistic space,activity interactive space,and community narrative space,in order to achieve a sustainable virtuous cycle of the site.
