摘要
目的探讨新型吞咽管理模式对脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者进食状况的影响。方法通过便利抽样法,将山东第一医科大学第二附属医院神经内科2022年1~10月收治的86例脑卒中合并吞咽功障碍的患者,按照组间同质的原则随机分为试验组43例和对照组43例。对照组采用常规康复护理管理模式。试验组采用新型吞咽管理模式。比较两组患者吞咽功能恢复情况、进食安全性以及相关时间指标。结果试验组干预后吞咽功能的恢复好于对照组,功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组进食不良事件的发生率低于对照组,饮水时间、进食时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论新型吞咽管理模式能够改善脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,减少饮食不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of new swallowing management mode on eating status of stroke patients with swallowing disorder.Methods By convenient sampling method,86 patients with stroke complicated with dysphagia admitted to the Neurology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January to October 2022 were randomly divided into the experimental group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases)according to the principle of inter-group homogeneity.The control group adopted the routine rehabilitation nursing management mode,while the experimental group adopted the new swallowing management mode.The recovery of swallowing function,eating safety and related time indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the swallowing function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the Functional Oral Intake Scale(FOIS)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the drinking time and eating time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The new swallowing management model can improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with swallowing disorder and reduce the occurrence of adverse dietary events.
