摘要
在海绵城市建设背景下,建筑小区建设中,雨水花园、下凹式绿地、透水铺装等是优先考虑的调蓄设施,如果调蓄空间不能满足要求,就需要配建雨水调蓄池。通常雨水调蓄池设置在室外地面下,有利于排水安全。在条件限制,场地用地紧张等情况下,有时雨水调蓄池只能考虑设置在地下室的灰色空间,这就必须要考虑雨水调蓄池的溢流问题,保障建筑物地下室不因降雨受淹,保障排水安全。依据相关规范,并结合实际工程案例,给出地下室设置雨水调蓄池溢流问题的解决思路,为同类项目提供参考。
In the context of sponge city construction,in the construction of residential areas,rainwater gardens,sunken green spaces,permeable paving,etc.are priority storage facilities.If the storage space cannot meet the requirements,it is necessary to build rainwater storage tanks.Usually,rainwater storage tanks are installed outdoors below the ground,which is beneficial for drainage safety.In situations such as limited conditions and limited land use,sometimes rainwater storage tanks can only be considered to be installed in the gray space of the basement.This requires consideration of the overflow problem of the rainwater storage tank,ensuring that the basement of the building is not flooded due to rainfall and ensuring drainage safety.The article provides a solution to the overflow problem of rainwater storage tanks in basements based on relevant specifications and practical engineering cases,providing reference for similar projects.
