摘要
目的:探究中医二联法联合奥硝唑栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年5月三明市中西结合医院收治的80例肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用奥硝唑栓治疗。观察组则在对照组的基础上加用滋肾祛湿汤内服及复方蛇床子散熏洗。比较两组阴道炎治疗总有效率、治疗前后的中医症候积分、pH值、阴道分泌物炎症指标[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及免疫防御因子[人β-防御素1(HBD-1)、人β-防御素2(HBD-2)、人β-防御素3(HBD-3)及人β-防御素5(HBD-5)]。结果:观察组的阴道炎治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的中医症候积分、pH值、阴道分泌物炎症指标及免疫防御因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个疗程及2个疗程后观察组的中医症候积分、pH值、阴道分泌物炎症指标及免疫防御因子均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医二联法联合奥硝唑栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎的疗效较好,可显著改善患者的局部炎症及免疫防御状态。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine bigeminal therapy combined with ornidazole suppository in the treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type.Method:A total of 80 patients with senile vaginitis of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type admitted to Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole suppository.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Zishen Qushi decoction and compound snake seed powder fumigation.The total effective rate of treatment for vaginitis,TCM symptom score before and after treatment,pH value,inflammatory indexes of vaginal secretions[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and immune defense factors[humanβ-defensin-1(HBD-1),humanβ-defensin-2(HBD-2),human beta-defensin 3(HBD-3)and human beta-defensin 5(HBD-5)],were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of vaginitis treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score,pH value,inflammation index of vaginal secretions and immune defense factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,pH value,inflammatory indexes of vaginal secretions and immune defense factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TCM and Ornidazole suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis with liver and kidney Yin deficiency has good curative effect,and can significantly improve the local inflammation and immune defense status of patients.
