摘要
国医大师孙光荣教授的临床方药运用特点,可以概括为“清、平、轻、灵”。清,即处方层次清晰明了,药物精简而不杂;气味清,口感好。平,即药性相对平和,不过于峻猛、滋腻,无昂贵难求之品和无奇方怪药。轻,即药物剂量较轻。灵,即用药灵动,注重气机升降出入;组方灵活,注重“三联药组”的使用;选药灵活,重视专病专方、专病专药,注重因时用药;治疗方式灵活;临床疗效灵验。
The academic characteristics of prescription medication of traditional Chinese medicine Master Sun Guangrong can be summarized as“clearness,mild drug property,relatively small dosage,agility”.The clearness,that is,explicit structure of prescription,less but better on number of herbs,good taste of herbs.The mild drug property,that is,the drug is relatively mild,cheap and ordinary prescription.The relatively small dosage,that is,the drug dose is small.The agility,that is,paying attention to ascending-descending-exiting-entering of“activities of qi”and the triple drug group,the method of composing prescription is flexible,the choice of herbs is varied,the treatment methods are flexible and diverse,and good therapeutic effects has been obtained.
