大型机场机电设备抗震减震安装效果评价

摘要 为研究大型机场机电设备抗震减震安装效果,结合西安咸阳国际机场三期扩建工程,采用黏滞阻尼器和屈曲约束支撑方式,分析了不同地震波类型、地震波加速度条件下,黏滞阻尼器减震体系对机电设备安装中最大位移、最大速度、最大加速度平均减震率和抗震耗能的影响,对比分析了黏滞阻尼器和屈曲约束支撑抗震减震效果。研究结果表明,采用黏滞阻尼器减震体系时,对于机电设备最大位移、最大速度平均减震率,近场层非脉冲型地震波作用下最小,近场层脉冲型地震波作用下最大;机电设备能量相对于采用无减震体系时降低;随着加速度的增加,机场机电设备消耗能量增加。不同质量比下,采用屈曲约束支撑减震体系时机场机电设备最大反应减震率较大。实际应用黏滞阻尼器减震体系时,宜将黏滞阻尼器质量比控制在0.5以上。 In order to study the seismic and damping installation effect of large airport electromechanical equipment,combined with the Xi’an Xianyang International Airport phase III expansion project,the viscous dampers and buckling restrained braces are used to analyze the effect of viscous dampers damping system on the average damping rate of maximal displacement,maximal velocity,maximal acceleration and seismic dissipation of the electromechanical equipment in the installation under the conditions of different types of seismic waves and seismic acceleration,and to compare the effect of viscous dampers and buckling restrained braces on the seismic damping effect of the electromechanical equipment.The research results show that when the viscous dampers damping system is used,for the average damping rate of maximum displacement and maximum velocity of electromechanical equipment,it is the smallest under the action of nonimpulsive seismic waves in the near⁃field layer and the largest under the action of impulsive seismic waves in the near⁃field layer.The energy of electromechanical equipment is reduced compared with that when no damping system is used.With the increase of acceleration,the energy dissipated by the airport electromechanical equipment is increased.With different mass ratios,the maximum response damping rate of the airport electromechanical equipment is larger when the buckling restrained braces damping system is used.When the viscous dampers damping system is applied in practice,it is appropriate to control the viscous damper mass ratio above 0.5.
