矿山法隧道小角度曲线穿越市政深大管线施工技术

摘要 结合工程地质条件、周边环境、市政深大管线分布、管涵桩基及支护桩布设等多方面因素,研究矿山法隧道以小角度平面曲线暗挖下穿市政主干管及地下障碍物施工技术,主要包括给水主管主动加固和交叉中隔壁法施工。从优化隧道平面布置、隧道与管线加固、施工监控测量等角度分析施工风险及应对措施,采用有限元软件对隧道地基加固、开挖等施工步序进行模拟分析。通过对管线监测数据进行对比分析,验证隧道、管线变形趋势及加固措施的有效性。 Combined with engineering geological conditions,surrounding environment,distribution of municipal deep and large pipelines,pipelines culvert pile foundation and support pile layout and other factors,the construction technology of mining method tunnel crossing municipal main pipelines and underground obstacles at small angle plane curve is studied,mainly including active reinforcement of the water supply main pipelines and construction of the cross diaphragm method.The construction risks and countermeasures are analyzed from the perspectives of optimizing tunnel layout,tunnel and pipeline reinforcement,construction monitoring and measurement.The finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the construction steps such as tunnel foundation reinforcement and excavation.Through the comparative analysis of pipeline monitoring data,the deformation trend of tunnel and pipeline and the effectiveness of reinforcement measures are verified.
