摘要
基于2006—2021年的面板数据测度了长三角城市群41个地级市的利用外资指数,采用核密度估计、Dagum基尼系数揭示其分布动态、区域差异及来源;同时,利用变异系数分析法和空间杜宾收敛模型对长三角城市群利用外资水平的σ收敛和β收敛特征进行实证检验。研究发现:长三角城市群外资利用水平总体稳步提升,但存在明显的空间非均衡性;城市群利用外资水平的总体差距较大,但逐渐趋于平衡,存在收敛的可能;城市群利用外资水平呈现显著的空间正向相关性,具有一定的空间溢出效应;长三角城市群利用外资水平的收敛态势明显,人力资本水平、劳动力规模、基础设施和政府支持等因素能正向显著促进长三角城市群利用外资水平趋于收敛。据此提出加快提升长三角城市群利用外资水平,缩小其区域不均衡的政策建议。
Based on the panel data from 2006 to 2021,this paper measures the utilization of foreign capital of 41 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Kernel density estimation and Dagum Gini coefficient are used to reveal the distributional dynamics,regional differences and sources.At the same time,the coefficient of variation analysis method and spatial Dubin convergence model are used to test theσconvergence andβconvergence characteristics of foreign capital utilization in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.The findings are as follows:The level of foreign capital utilization in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has been steadily improved,but there is an obvious spatial imbalance.The overall gap of foreign capital utilization in urban agglomeration is large,but gradually tends to be balanced,and there is a possibility of convergence.The foreign capital utilization in urban agglomeration presents a significant spatial positive correlation,with a certain spatial spillover effect.The foreign capital utilization in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has an obvious convergence trend.Factors such as human capital level,labor force size,infrastructure and government support can significantly promote the FDI to converge.Therefore,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to accelerate the utilization of foreign capital in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and narrow the regional imbalance.
