摘要
为提升现代职业教育体系下职业院校的人才培养质量,本文基于飞机维修人才培养模式的现状与问题,探索了飞机机电设备维修专业产教融合人才培养模式实施新路径。通过结合1+X证书制度的特点与优势,研究与探讨了飞机机电设备维修专业产教融合人才模式和飞机机电设备维修专业的发展趋势,分析了职业教育在该领域面临的问题与挑战。针对这些问题与挑战,提出了优化课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、深化校企合作等创新措施助力飞机机电设备维修专业发展,为实现航空强国培养出更多高素质技术技能型人才。
To enhance the quality of talent development in vocational institutions within the contemporary vocational education framework,this paper investigates innovative approaches to integrating industry and education in aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance,drawing from the current challenges and issues in aircraft maintenance talent training models.By integrating the features and benefits of the 1+X certificate system,this study investigates and discusses the industry-education integration model and developmental trends in aircraft electromechanical equipment maintenance.It also examines the issues and challenges that vocational education encounters in this domain.To address these challenges,the study suggests innovative strategies,including optimizing course design,enhancing faculty development,and deepening collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises,to foster the advancement of the aircraft electromechanical equipment maintenance program.These measures aim to cultivate a greater number of highly qualified technical and skilled professionals,contributing to the realization of a leading aviation nation.
