摘要
随着汽车行业的发展,微型汽车因其独特优势,成为购车新势力人群的首选汽车类型。汽配行业作为汽车行业后市场的重要一环,其仓储的管理显得尤为重要,优化配件入库管理刻不容缓。本文选取五菱宏光微型汽车作为研究对象,简要介绍了关于五菱宏光配件入库的现状,以及目前配件入库所存在的问题,针对存在的问题,研究其优化配件入库的管理方案。文中研究可为微型汽车的配件入库管理提供参考价值。
With the development of the automobile industry,the mini car has become the first choice for the new force of car buyers due to its unique advantages.As an important part of the automotive industry's post market,the storage management of the auto parts industry is particularly important,and it is urgent to optimize the warehousing management of accessories.This paper selects Wuling Hongguang minicar as the research object,briefly introduces the current situation of Wuling Hongguang parts warehousing,as well as the problems existing in the current parts warehousing.Aiming at the existing problems,it studies the management scheme of optimizing parts warehousing.The research in this paper can provide a reference value for the warehousing management of the spare parts of mini cars.
