摘要
评述了消失模模具中一些典型零件传统结构存在的一些不足;较详细地阐述了模具本体、框体类零件、模体定位结构、套类零件及杆类零件等运用绩效技术理论和理念指导其设计制作所获得的优化结构及其特点和其体现出的良好绩效性。
This paper briefly comments on some shortcomings in the traditional structure of some typical parts in the lost foam mold.And it explains in detail the optimized structure,characteristics and good performance obtained from design and production,which is under the usage of performance technology theory on the mold body,frame parts,mold positioning structure,sleeve parts and rod parts,etc.
