摘要
中医在治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)方面有其独到之处,配合中医护理技术,能明显改善患者的临床症状。中医治疗LDH以辨证施治为根本原则,通过中药和护理技术(中药外用、针灸、推拿、牵引、针刀)相结合,根据患者的具体情况进行个体化干预,标本兼治,最终达到缓解临床症状和促进康复的目的。本研究总结归纳LDH的中医治疗及护理的研究现状,以期为临床治疗LDH提供更多的思路和方法。
With Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology,Traditional Chinese Medicine has its advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is found that Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation takes syndrome differentiation as the fundamental principle,combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with nursing technology(external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine,acupuncture,massage,traction,needle-knife therapy),and carries out individualized treatment plan selection according to the specific situation of patients,treating both symptoms and root causes.This paper reviewed the status quo of studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and nursing of lumbar disc herniation,and provided a theoretical support for clinical research and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
