摘要
本文总结温通刮痧联合虎符铜砭刮痧疗法治疗1例痰瘀痹阻兼肝肾亏虚证(虚实夹杂证)膝痹患者的护理经验。护理人员基于中医辨证施护理论和综合评估,在饮食护理、体位护理、功能锻炼等常规护理基础上,采用温通刮痧联合虎符铜砭刮痧干预,有助于减轻膝痹患者疼痛程度,提升膝关节活动度。
This paper investigated the effect the warming-promotion scraping combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping in the treatment of a patient with knee arthralgia of phlegm and stasis obstruction and deficiency of liver and kidney,and summreized related nursing measures.Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,nursing staff adopted the warming-promotion scraping combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping,and improved conventional nursing,diet nursing,body position nursing and functional exercise.The combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techiniques can effectively relieve the pain and improve the motion function of knee in the patient with knee arthralgia.
