Modeling,Simulation and Evaluation of Ammonia Synthesis Process Coupledwith PEM Electrolysis of Water for Hydrogen Production

摘要 通过建立PEM电解水制氢耦合合成氨工艺,摒弃了传统碳转化制氢方式,采用绿电解水制氢,以提高能源效率和降低碳排放。通过建模、模拟和技术经济分析,阐述了新工艺相较传统合成氨技术经济优势。结果表明:该工艺能耗为41.25 GJ·t^(-1),介于煤制氨和天然气制氨之间,并实现了零碳排放。尽管在当前市场价格下,该工艺的生产成本为3081.86元·t^(-1),相比传统过程不具有经济优势,但随着未来碳税的实施以及可再生能源的发展,当电价为0.15元·(k W·h)^(-1)时,该工艺具有与传统合成氨工艺相竞争的潜力。 A novel PEM electrolysis water hydrogen production coupled synthesis ammonia process was established,departing from the conventional carbon conversion hydrogen production approach and embracing green electrolysis water hydrogen production to enhance energy efficiency and decrease carbon emissions.By utilizing modeling,simulation,and conducting technical and economic analyses,the economic benefits of the new process over traditional synthetic ammonia technology were elucidated.The findings revealed that the energy consumption of this process was 41.25 GJ·t^(-1),positioning it between coal to ammonia and natural gas to ammonia processes,while achieving zero carbon emissions.The current production cost is 3081.86 yuan·t^(-1),which lacksan economic advantage compared to traditional methods at current market prices,the potential competitiveness of this process is highlighted with future carbon taxes and the advancement of renewable energy sources,particularly when the electricity price reaches 0.15 yuan·(kW·h)^(-1).
