摘要
以赤泥为原料制备赤泥基铁碳微电解材料,并对其最佳反应条件以及溶液p H、铁碳材料添加量和初始质量浓度等条件对COD_(Cr)去除率的影响进行了研究,并通过XRD、SEM、EDS等手段对赤泥基铁碳微电解材料进行了结构表征。结果表明:材料的主要相为Fe、Ca_(2)SiO_(4)和Ca_(3)Al_(2)O_(6);在材料添加量为溶液的50%、p H为6、COD_(Cr)初始质量浓度为500 mg·L^(-1)时,材料对于COD_(Cr)的去除率可以达到83.1%。
Red mud was used as raw material to produce the red mud based iron-carbon micro-electrolytic material.The optimal conditions for the preparation of iron-carbon micro-electrolytic materials were explored.Furthermore,the effects of reaction conditions such as solution pH,iron-carbon material addition amount,and initial mass concentration on the degradation efficiency of CODCr were studied.The materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The research results indicated that the main phases of the materials were Fe,Ca_(2)SiO_(4)and Ca_(3)Al_(2)O_(6).When the material addition amount was 50%of the solution,the pH was 6,the initial mass concentration of COD_(Cr)was 500 mg·L^(-1),the micro-electrolytic materials exhibited the removal rate of 83.1%.
