摘要 针对普通聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂存在污染水源等问题,对玉米淀粉和低分子量壳聚糖进行碘酸盐氧化反应,成功合成了双醛淀粉(DF)和双醛壳聚糖(JQ),考察淀粉和壳聚糖及其氧化衍生物絮凝剂的絮凝性。通过红外-傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对所得材料进行了表征分析。此外,在瓶装实验中深入研究了多糖絮凝剂的絮凝性能。将壳聚糖和淀粉基絮凝剂的效果与商用聚合物的絮凝后残留物的生物降解性能以及絮凝性进行了对比。结果表明:玉米淀粉和壳聚糖衍生物具备良好的生态絮凝特性,可用于城市污水处理。 In response to the problems of common polyacrylamide flocculants,such as pollution of water sources,dualformaldehyde starch(DF) and dual-formaldehyde chitosan(JQ) were successfully synthesized by the iodate oxidation reaction of corn starch and low-molecular-weight chitosan,the flocculating properties of flocculants of starch,chitosan and their oxidized derivatives were investigated.The materials were characterized and analyzed by infrared-Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy.In addition,the flocculation properties of polysaccharide flocculants were thoroughly investigated in bottle tests.The effects of chitosan and starch-based flocculants were compared with the biodegradation properties of post-flocculation residues and the flocculating properties of commercial polymers.The results showed that oxidized starch and chitosan derivatives had good ecological flocculation properties and can be used for municipal wastewater treatment.
