HRA方法研究进展及其在交通领域中的应用

摘要 人因可靠性关乎到人在各种复杂系统的安全和效率,对于人的可靠性研究,能够有效提高系统的安全性。对人因可靠性方法的发展及应用进行概述,总结目前存在的HRA分类方法,在此基础上提出以HRA方法在应用过程中的复杂程度、结果的准确性为评估标准的分类方法,说明了各类HRA方法的实用性;介绍几种常用的HRA方法在相关领域的应用,运用VOSviewer对现有HRA研究进行可视化分析;最后分析了交通领域各种HRA方法的应用情况,发现人因可靠性技术在交通领域中的航空及轨道交通方面都有了较为充分的应用和发展,但在道路交通领域中的研究和应用涉及的较少,因此在未来道路交通安全的研究中可结合具体的HRA方法对汽车驾驶人各类失误行为进行研究,找出性能形成因子,确定人因失误概率,提出相应的改善措施以期提高道路交通的安全性。 Human reliability is related to the safety and efficiency of people in various complex systems.The research on human reliability can effectively improve the safety of the system.In this paper,the development and application of human reliability methods and the existing HRA classification methods are summarized.On this basis,a classifica-tion method based on the complexity of HRA method in the application process and the accuracy of the results is pro-posed,which shows the practicability of various HRA methods.This paper introduces the application of several com-monly used HRA methods in related fields,and uses VOSviewer to visualize the existing HRA research.Finally,the application of various HRA methods in the field of transportation is analyzed.It is found that human reliability tech-nology has been fully applied and developed in the field of aviation and rail transit in the field of transportation,but the research and application in the field of road traffic are less involved.Therefore,in the future research of road traffic safety,the specific HRA method can be used to study the various types of error behaviors of car drivers,find out the performance formation factors,determine the probability of human error,and propose corresponding improvement measures in order to improve the safety of road traffic.
