摘要
对华东地区某地级市内社会办医疗机构开展安全生产风险评估工作,为科学防范和化解社会办医疗机构安全风险,建立健全安全风险分级管控制度提供指导意见。通过现场调研及专家分析法识别风险源,使用PC风险矩阵对社会办医疗机构内部安全风险进行分析和研判,量化计算得出风险评分。其中4项为高度风险,12项为中度风险,4项为较小风险。根据风险评估结果制定相应的防范化解举措与应对处置预案,是提高社会办医疗机构安全生产风险防范能力的重要举措,能够有效提高医疗机构安全生产管理水平,为患者及员工提供可靠的安全保障。
This article conducts a safety production risk assessment for socially-run medical institutions in a prefecture-level city in the East China region,providing guidance for the scientific prevention and resolution of safety risks in socially-run medical institutions and the establishment of a sound safety risk classification control system.Through on-site research and expert analysis,risk sources are identified,and the internal safety risks of socially-run medical institutions are analyzed and judged using the PC risk matrix,with risk scores quantitatively calculated.Among them,4 items are of high risk,12 items are of moderate risk,and 4 items are of low risk.Formulating corresponding preventive and resolution measures and emergency response plans based on the risk assessment results is an important measure to improve the safety production risk prevention capabilities of socially-run medical institutions,which can effectively enhance the safety production management level of medical institutions and provide reliable safety guarantees for patients and employees.
