摘要
目的:研究分析在消化内镜清洗消毒中焦点管理循环模式应用的价值。方法:选取2023年1月~6月的120件消化内镜作为对照组,给予常规清洗消毒流程管理,同时选取2023年7月~12月的120件消化内镜作为观察组,采用焦点管理循环模式;比较两组的清洗消毒质量。结果:目测法、ATP生物荧光检测法结果均显示观察组清洗质量合格率高于对照组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),细菌培养法结果显示观察组消毒质量合格率高于对照组,两组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:焦点管理循环模式在消化内镜清洗消毒中的应用有效提高了清洗消毒质量,降低了医院感染风险。
Objective:To study and analyze the application value of focus management cycle mode in the cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopes.Methods:120 digestive endoscopes from January to June in 2023 were selected as the control group,and given routine cleaning and disinfection process management,while 120 digestive endoscopes from July to December in 2023 were selected as the observation group,and the focus management cycle mode was used;the cleaning and disinfection quality of the two groups was compared.Results:The results of visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence detection showed that the qualified rate of cleaning quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of bacterial culture showed that the qualified rate of disinfection quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of focus management cycle mode in the cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopes can effectively improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
