摘要
目的:分析根测仪在根管治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2023年6月~2024年2月本中心的128例实施根管治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例,给予对照组实施常规X射线片法测量,观察组采用根测仪测量,对比两组根管填充准确率、疼痛程度分级、治疗满意度评分。结果:试验结果显示,观察组根管填充准确率、疼痛程度分级、满意度评分与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:根测仪在根管治疗中具有非常重要的临床价值,更有利于提升根管填充效果,减轻疼痛程度,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of root measuring instruments in root canal treatment.Methods:A total of 128 patients who underwent root canal treatment in our center from June 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group,and the control group was given conventional X-ray film measurement,and the observation group was measured by a root tester,and the accuracy of root canal filling,pain grading,and treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The results showed that the accuracy of root canal filling,pain degree grading and satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Root tester has very important clinical value in root canal treatment,which is more conducive to improving the effect of root canal filling,reducing pain and improving patient satisfaction.
