摘要
目的 探讨通过网络平台的康复护理方法对脑卒中患者运动恢复的有效性。方法 广州市红十字会医院2020年1月—2022年12月对120例66~85岁的脑卒中康复者进行跟踪调查,按照随机分组原则分为试验组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组仅接受常规康复治疗,试验组在常规康复治疗基础上结合互联网康复护理策略,通过远程监控、在线指导、个性化康复计划等方式进行干预。采用福格尔-迈耶评定量表(Fugl-meyer assessment,FMA)评分量表评估肢体功能恢复情况,并比较2组的身体动作能力[采用Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)]与日常生活自理能力[采用脑卒中特异性生活质量量表(stroke-specific quality of life scale,SS-QOL)评分]。结果 治疗后,试验组的FMA评分、BI和SS-QOL评分分别为(58.3±7.1)分、(77.3±5.2)分、(85.7±6.3)分,均高于对照组的(45.2±6.3)分、(64.7±7.9)分、(71.2±7.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 运用互联网技术的康复护理方案显著促进了脑卒中患者在运动能力和日常生活中的自我照顾能力,显示出其作为康复治疗的有效性,未来的探索性研究可以更深入地了解不同类型的脑卒中患者对各种护理措施的反应,进而帮助完善康复护理的个性化方案。
Objective To explores the effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing methods through online platforms for stroke patients′motor recovery.Methods A follow-up survey was conducted on 120 stroke rehabilitation patients aged 66 to 85 at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=60)and a control group(n=60).The experimental group,in addition to routine rehabilitation treatment,was intervened with internet-based rehabilitation nursing strategies,including remote monitoring,online guidance and personalized rehabilitation plans.The control group only received routine rehabilitation treatment.Limb function recovery was used the Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)scoring scale to assess.The assessment of physical movement ability between two groups using the Barthel index(BI)and daily self-care ability using the stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score were compered.Results After treatment,the FMA score,BI score and SS-QOL score of the experimental group were(58.3±7.1)points,(77.3±5.2)points and(85.7±6.3)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than(45.2±6.3)points,(64.7±7.9)points,and(71.2±7.8)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing program using internet technology significantly promoted stroke patients′motor ability and self-care ability in daily life,demonstrating the effectiveness of this method as a rehabilitation treatment.Future exploratory research can more deeply understand the reactions of different types of stroke patients to various nursing measures,thereby helping to improve personalized rehabilitation nursing plans.
